Refund Policy

All sales are final. Token packs are digital goods delivered and consumed at purchase. We do not offer refunds.

1. All sales final

All token-pack purchases on Aurelius are final. Credits are issued to your account immediately upon successful payment and become available for use straight away. Because of the digital, instantly delivered, and consumable nature of these credits, we do not provide refunds, exchanges, or returns.

2. Before you buy

Please review pack sizes and pricing carefully before checkout. If you are unsure whether Aurelius suits your needs, the smaller pack is the lower-commitment way to find out. Active accounts can also check remaining balance and per-message usage from the settings page before purchasing additional credits.

3. Statutory rights

Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit any non-waivable consumer right granted to you under applicable law in your jurisdiction. Where local law requires a refund right that cannot be contracted around, that right applies notwithstanding the "all sales final" rule above.

4. Chargebacks

If you have a billing question or believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at billing@[DOMAIN] before filing a chargeback. Filing a chargeback for a valid completed purchase may result in account suspension under Section 5.6 of the Terms of Service. We respond to billing emails within 2 business days.

5. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes apply only to purchases made after the effective date of the updated Policy.
